EDUCATIONAL REFERENCE ONLY — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Peptides & Nootropics and The Evidence-Based Encyclopedia of Peptides and Nootropics provide general educational and research information. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend a dose or protocol, evaluate a patient, replace a licensed professional, or provide emergency services or clinical decision support.
1. No individualized guidance
Content does not account for an individual’s:
- symptoms, diagnoses, medical or psychiatric history;
- age, weight, genetics, pregnancy, or breastfeeding;
- medications, supplements, allergies, interactions, or contraindications;
- laboratory results, vital signs, formulation, route, product quality, or prior adverse effects;
- legal, professional, anti-doping, employment, or jurisdictional requirements; or
- other circumstances necessary for a patient-specific decision.
Do not use the Service to self-diagnose, self-treat, start, stop, change, combine, acquire, manufacture, compound, prescribe, dispense, administer, or recommend a substance.
2. Study-reported regimens are descriptive
Amounts, schedules, routes, formulations, combinations, titrations, tapers, or administration methods are reported only to describe what a source did.
They are not recommendations. A study regimen may be unsafe, obsolete, investigational, unapproved, population-specific, formulation-specific, inaccurately reported, or outside lawful professional practice.
Every regimen display should be labeled:
Study-reported regimen — not a recommendation. Verify against the full source, current labeling, applicable law, and qualified professional judgment.
3. Experimental and high-risk content
The Service may discuss investigational, unapproved, prescription-only, compounded, controlled, prohibited, gray-market, or “research use only” substances.
Discussion does not establish legality, approval, safety, efficacy, quality, or suitability and does not endorse acquisition or use.
Known and unknown risks may include adverse reactions, interactions, contamination, mislabeling, sterility failures, psychiatric effects, dependence, withdrawal, injury, disability, professional discipline, anti-doping consequences, civil or criminal liability, and death.
4. No product warranty
The Operator does not test or warrant any product, vendor, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, compounder, or manufacturer.
We make no representation concerning identity, sequence, purity, potency, concentration, sterility, pyrogen status, contamination, stability, formulation, bioavailability, storage, shipping, authenticity, labeling, legality, or fitness for use.
A citation, trademark, vendor mention, certificate of analysis, or “research use only” label is not an endorsement or quality guarantee.
5. Evidence changes and may be incomplete
Scientific and regulatory information evolves. Studies may be corrected, retracted, contradicted, underpowered, biased, or not reproducible. A review date or evidence cutoff is not a guarantee of completeness or real-time currency.
Research and production may use software-assisted search, extraction, classification, translation, citation, summarization, drafting, or quality-control tools. Those tools may omit, misclassify, fabricate, or misstate information. Unless a page expressly states the scope of completed human review, software assistance does not mean the content was independently human-verified.
Material information should be independently verified through the full primary source, current official labeling, regulator communications, guidelines, interaction resources, and appropriate qualified professional review. QOLITY LLC does not undertake continuous surveillance or promise individualized notice of later evidence, corrections, retractions, warnings, recalls, or legal changes except where required by non-waivable law or a separate signed agreement.
6. Not for emergencies
The Service is not monitored for emergencies and must not be used for urgent symptoms, overdose, poisoning, withdrawal, suicidality, or severe adverse reactions.
Contact local emergency services, a poison-control center, or a licensed clinician when urgent help may be needed.
7. No professional relationship
Use does not create a clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, supervisory, or other professional relationship with the Operator, authors, reviewers, contributors, affiliates, or sources.
8. Professional users
Licensed professionals and trainees remain solely responsible for their own education, supervision, scope of practice, independent verification, informed consent, documentation, professional judgment, and compliance.
The Service is not a system of record and is not intended to be the sole or primary basis for a professional decision.
9. Questions and corrections
Report a suspected factual, citation, safety, credential, or regulatory issue to [CORRECTIONS EMAIL OR FORM].
For the binding contractual provisions governing use, see the Terms of Use and Subscription Agreement.
